Conferences
Each of the rooms inside the Priory can be set up to your required layout.
We have several beautiful yet functional spaces available which can be arranged in theatre, boardroom, classroom or cabaret style. As well as the use of our tables and chairs, you will be welcome to use our WiFi, LCD projector, flip charts and pens to facilitate any presentations.
Whether you only require a half-day booking, or are looking to host a week-long event, we would be delighted to welcome you to Hodsock Priory.
Meetings

We have a number of welcoming rooms available to accommodate meetings of various sizes, and we can set up the venue and presentation equipment to make sure your time with us is professionally organised and productive.
Hire is available for full, half or multiple days, with on-site catering and accommodation available for you and your guests.

Each of the rooms inside the Priory can be converted into a boardroom, complete with WiFi and presentation equipment. We have a variety of spaces of different sizes available, catering to both small and large meetings.
Catering
Great catering can turn conferences and meetings into special events that your guests won’t easily forget.
Our dedicated team of experienced chefs is on hand to cater for your conference or meeting, creating everything from simple yet delicious staples like sandwiches and pastries to sumptuous dishes made from the finest ingredients. We can also serve hot drinks and soft drinks, depending on the needs of your event.

We have seven beautiful en-suite bedrooms inside the main house, as well as 10 self-contained apartments in The Courtyard. Whichever room you book, you can enjoy a great night’s sleep in one of our sumptuous beds, and a delicious breakfast the next morning.

If you’re looking to hire an exclusive venue to launch a new and exciting product or host an exhibition, Hodsock Priory is the perfect choice.
We are always delighted to welcome press, guests and employees to this magnificent location, turning your event into a decadent occasion, complete with exquisite catering within the elegant ambiance that Hodsock Priory is renowned for.
We can accommodate both small and large gatherings, with plenty of space inside the main house and outdoors on our magnificent countryside estate. You are also welcome to use our ample free parking and high-speed WiFi.

Thanks to our partnership with Eventurous and our range of outdoor spaces, we can put together just about any activity you can imagine to motivate and entertain your team.

Our flexible venue is a great choice for social occasions for your employees and clients.
If you’d like to hold a pre-conference mixer so delegates can get to know each other and do a little networking, the luxurious and historic rooms of Prestwold Hall offer the perfect relaxed atmosphere. We can also take care of any refreshments for attendees, from hot drinks and pastries to Champagne and canapés.
