Our Tudor Gatehouse was believed to have been built for the sole purpose of welcoming King Henry VIII in 1541. Hodsock Priory is only for exclusive hire, ensuring relaxing and private events for all our guests. Your event will be the only one taking place at the venue, giving you the freedom to enjoy the entire house.
Not only is Hodsock Priory exclusive, but it is also full of unique history. As well as period features, antique furniture and classical portraiture, the main house also contains more modern spaces, which have been sympathetically designed to complement the rich, traditional feel of the Priory as a whole.

Our team of incredible chefs have been delighting our clients since 2006. Every dish created is a work of art, carefully crafted for our guests’ enjoyment. Mark and his team of expert chefs seek out the best ingredients, whether they are creating a three-course seated banquet or relaxed summer barbecues on the Italian Terrace.
Complete your menu with our extensive selection of wines, local beers and ales, cocktails and soft drinks. We will keep your guests’ glasses topped up from start to finish, with the option to add decorative gin or Prosecco bars as the perfect finishing touch.
