Canapés

Offering a compact flavour sensation that is perfectly accompanied by a glass of champagne, canapés are a wonderful way to welcome your guests.

We have a variety of canapés available on our menus, ranging from delicate pastries and tartlets to contemporary interpretations of classic dishes. As well as the more traditional style of hors d’oeuvres, you can also choose from our informal or Asian-inspired selections to suit your occasion.

Evening menus

We offer a variety of more relaxed dining options for your celebration that allow for more mingling.

Hog roasts are particularly popular for wedding receptions and parties, while our handmade wood-fired pizza is a delicious choice – our variety of fresh hand picked toppings can accommodate all tastes. We can also create sumptuous buffets, delicious barbecues, and classic English cheese boards to suit any celebration.

Drinks selection

From a welcome cocktail to teas and coffees, we can accommodate all your drinks requests here at Hodsock.

As well as offering drinks throughout the event at our lavish House Bar, we also provide a selection of drinks packages to ensure that your guests’ glasses are topped up at every key moment.

We can host a cocktail hour or set up a gin or champagne bar for your guests. Whatever you would like, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to discuss your ideas.

After hours

Overnight guests are invited to enjoy our after hours menus served in the Library. Our selection of late night dishes include mouth-watering baked Normandy Camembert with warm baguettes, Nocellara olives to nibble at and our cheese board, served with port. All drinks are available to order.
