Henry | Managing Director
Henry brings extensive experience in leading prestigious country house wedding and events venues, with a passion for creating truly exceptional experiences. At Hodsock Priory, he is committed to delivering every event with elegance, care and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each celebration feels both effortless and unforgettable.
He takes immense pride in showcasing historic properties at their finest, blending refined hospitality with a strong sense of stewardship and excellence. With a thoughtful approach and a discerning eye, Henry is dedicated to creating memorable moments for clients while guiding the long-term success of the venue.
Vicki | General Manager
Vicki loves keeping couples excited throughout their wedding planning journey. With her keen eye for detail, she ensures the house, gardens and décor are nothing short of perfection.
She is always delighted to see the house and grounds enjoyed by couples and their nearest and dearest, and she strives to make every event as magical as possible. Having married at Hodsock herself in 2024, the house holds a truly special place in her heart.
When she’s not at Hodsock, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and son, often accompanied by the office dog, Martha, on long walks in the countryside.
MJ | business Manager
Ever the professional, MJ has over 30 years of experience hosting events, both in the UK and internationally. Supporting and guiding the team, MJ’s attention to detail is second to none. When MJ isn’t looking after business, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Portuguese water dog, Buddy. MJ balances out chocolate and Prosecco with jogging the occasional half marathon.
Jane Gingell | Administrative Assistant
Jane is an essential part of our office, keeping all of our couples’ wedding planning perfectly on time. Organisation skills most could only dream of. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and of course the most important family member… her little terrier, Teddy.
Skye Martin | Event Manager
With a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering seamless events, Skye knows what it takes to create the perfect wedding day! Joining the Hodsock team after completing her BSc in Criminology and Psychology, Skye has a keen eye for detail and great organisation. She will ensure every little aspect of your special day is carefully looked after.
When she’s not busy bringing weddings to life, you’ll find Skye exploring new restaurants, trying her hand at DIY, or indulging in a good binge-watch. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her kittens, who, much like her, love a cozy night in!
Maya | Events & Operations Assistant
Maya started with us as a front of house member of staff and quickly worked her way up to being one of our supervisors. After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Criminology and Sociology, Maya took on more responsibility and was promoted to our Events and Operations Assistant. Her favourite part of a wedding day is helping with finishing touches of decorating and helping to make the house truly yours for the day!
Outside of work you will most likely find Maya walking her Labrador/Collie cross Jess, spending time with her nieces, with her head in a book or going to see her Grandad
Katherine | Head Housekeeper
Katherine is the heart of Hodsock Priory’s housekeeping team. She’s passionate about people and never misses the chance to say hello to every face that walks through the door. Her pride in keeping the house beautifully tidy shines through in every room, and she’s a key cog in making Hodsock run smoothly.
When she’s not here ensuring everything looks its best, she’s spending cherished time with her family
Zach | Head Chef
I’ve always had a passion for cooking, ever since I was a young boy helping my mom
prepare a Sunday dinner or helping my grandma with baking cakes and breads, and for me that pride and passion has carried over into my professional career.
The care isn’t just in the ingredients or the cooking it’s in timing, presentation, and
understanding. I think about every aspect of the dish. From when the dish will arrive,
how it will feel in that exact moment, and how it will connect to the emotions and energy
of the room.
Every bite is prepared so that it complements the experience, not just
satisfies hunger. In short, the food isn’t just served it’s held with intention, just like every other detail of the wedding
Martha | Chief Morale Booster
Meet Martha, our much-loved office Labrador here at Hodsock. A friendly face in the office and a firm favourite with visitors, Martha takes her role as Chief Morale Booster very seriously. Whether she’s greeting guests with a wagging tail, supervising meetings from a cosy corner, or enjoying a stroll around the beautiful grounds, she brings warmth, calm and plenty of smiles to the Hodsock team every day.
