You and your guests can enjoy the splendour of this beautiful country home, nestled in the Nottinghamshire countryside for your wedding reception. With plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces on offer, we can provide you with a luxurious private reception venue to celebrate with your loved ones.
Exclusive hire
We know how important your wedding day is, which is why we only hold one event at a time, ensuring privacy and relaxation for the duration of your stay with us.
As well as exclusive use of our beautiful interiors, you’ll also have full access to the Italian Terrace and stunning gardens that surround the house, offering plenty of space to celebrate your wedding reception outdoors on those long summer evenings.
Our entire Wedding Team is available throughout the booking and planning process, from your first visit and menu tasting through to the day itself.
With so much to experience, there’s no substitute for taking a stroll through our beautiful grounds to breathe it all in.

From champagne and canapés to a full three-course formal dinner, you can be sure of exquisite catering throughout your wedding reception.
House Bar
Hodsock Priory’s light and airy, contemporary House Bar provides a relaxing space which opens out onto our stunning Italian Terrace, making it the perfect place to host your drinks reception.
Our bartenders are on hand to offer signature cocktails, real ales, and everything else you would expect from a high-class bar. In addition to our comprehensive selection of wines, beers and spirits from around the world, we can also source a favoured tipple of yours on request.
If you’d like us to create something a little more special for your wedding reception, we can provide a champagne or gin bar for your guests to enjoy, or devise a unique signature cocktail in honour of the newlyweds.
Accommodation
n the luxury of our beautiful bedrooms.
Inside the Priory, we have seven lavish bedrooms, each decorated in its own unique style, with modern en suite facilities to make sure everyone feels at home.
We also offer accommodation in the wonderful Courtyard, our Old Dairy, which is situated just down the garden path from the Priory which has been lovingly renovated into 10 self-contained apartments for guests of the Priory.

Whether you hold your ceremony in our decadent Panelled Hall, the stylish and contemporary Buchanan Hall, or under the Georgian-style gazebo in our fabulous English country garden, our team of wedding experts are on hand to make sure every moment of this special occasion is utterly perfect.
